I’ve had moments where nothing dramatic changed, yet everything did. A single inhale, a glance, or a softened thought and the path ahead rearranged itself.
Every moment holds the potential to re-create reality, each breath is a new threshold. The future unfolds in front of you as the past settles behind you, and you stand in the living center of now.
In this present state of I am here now, you get to choose again.
And again. Choose as many times as you need.
Thresholds aren’t forged by grand events. They are born in the small liminal spaces between breaths. It is awakened in the pause before a truth is spoken, and in the softening that happens when you stop holding on.,
In this instant your body tells you, This no longer fits.
It is subtle, maybe even unremarkable. But the heavens are alive with possibility. And let me tell you a secret. The second you stop dragging your past into the future is when the moment becomes a pivotal point . A tiny release from a shift barely visible changes everything. The moment you stand in, is no longer a continuation of yesterday. It is an invitation.
You’re not stepping from one room to another.
You’re stepping from who you were into who you’re becoming.
I call this the Kaizen of Becoming: Many small steps add up to huge progress, each step building momentum for those peak experiences where the shift is undeniable.
