Empathy is a Human Evolution
Some people skim the surface of life. The Sentiré move differently. We feel the current beneath the current, the shift in a field, the unsaid truth, andthe moment something begins to change direction.
This gift isn’t a soft, fragile thing that can be shattered by the slightest wind although a person who is sensitive might be gentle, kind a loving. Sometimes it arrives like a quiet nudge, and sometimes like a storm breaking open the sky.
As a healer, my instinct has always been to help however before I understood how energy actually moves,
I carried what wasn’t mine. And this feeling could be overwhelming.
Empathy was something of a burden and my body the vessel that carried the transformation simply because I could feel it.
But over time, I learned something essential: empathy isn’t meant to be the place where we end.
It’s the place where we begin.
When you truly understand energy, empathy becomes a way of reading the field, a signal that provides insight, and a messenger that speaks directly to the core of the situation. Those of us who do this are usually guided to help but is there another option to assist without becoming the vessel for everyone else’s unfinished business? Yes, There are other ways.
You, as a Sentiré are not here to absorb.
We are here to perceive, To locate truth, and to track movement beneath the noise.
And from that clarity, offer assistance without losing ourselves in the process. We were not taught or mirrored the skills of a Sentiré. As one who offers the space for healing and who recognizes this superpower and its challenges, I have developed processes and tools to navigate fields of energy and assist without my body becoming the transmuting receptacle.
My skills didn’t come from books. They came from a lifetime of listening — to people, to fields, to the quiet I will share offerings and pathways that make navigating this world with sensitivity a superpower rather than a weight.
